Frank Buckles
An era is passing. As of this writing, worldwide there are only three living veterans of World War I. Frank Buckles, 108, of Charlestown, West Virginia, is the last U.S. veteran of that war. I thought it would be appropriate to list our veterans of that war and perhaps see who was the last survivor within our family. Please send a list of any family members of your branch who fought in World War I to donrivara@att.net An article will follow.
