Nasim-White Wedding

Sunday, July 18th, 2010

DSCN5370Salma Nasim (Daniel & Mary Cooper Matheny > Daniel Boone Matheny > Colin Matheny > Wren Matheny > Ronald Matheny > Nancy Matheny Nasim> Salma Nasim)) was married to David White on April 9, 2010 in Richmond, VA. The newlyweds are making their home in Midlothian (a suburb of Richmond) while completing their college. David is in a Pharmacy-Doctorate program at VCU, while Salma is pursuing a degree in psychology. (In case you were wondering about Salma’s clothes, they -as well as Salma’s parents- are Muslim) One more interesting thing: Mr & Mrs White live about 100 miles from the Aquia Harbor/Hope Plantation, where the Mathenys settled in the 1600’s. They are hoping to visit that area sometime soon, when they can find time between work and study.
