On August, 25, 2008, Asia Liberty married Ollie Richardson in her mother’s garden in Philomath, OR.  She is attending school and expecting their first child in November, 2009.  This child will represent the fifth generation of the living members of our Matheny descendants.  Ollie is a high school teacher, coach and surfing instruction in Newport, OR.  Asia and Ollie live near Newport, OR.

April 13, 2008, Isaac Liberty married Debra Arlyn at the Majestic Theater in Corvallis, OR.  Isaac is an LPN working toward his RN degree.  Debra is a singer/songwriter and was named the best female artist of the year at the inaugural Portland Music Awards, sponsored by Music Spectator magazine.  They continue to reside in Corvallis.

Maxime Liberty-Point

Maxime Liberty-Point recently graduated from the University of California at Santa Cruz as a film major.  He hopes to be earn a position in post-production work.  Until then, he is teaching tennis at the Courtside Tennis Club this summer in Los Gatos, CA, as well as doing some private coaching.

He was the number one tennis player on his team at UC Santa Cruz and carried his team to victory with his singles win when they competed this spring in the NCAA National Championships.  The team also won the national championship when Max was a sophomore tennis player.
